Lacrosse in The 'Nati has come a LOOOOOONG way. This year we have 3 winter indoor options (see below). Ten years ago we had exactly zero. Many thanks to Celtic Lacrosse, Velocity Lacrosse and Laxland for pursuing their (and our) best interest. (Celtic/River's Edge) Box lacrosse on Sunday evenings at the only specifically BOX lacrosse field in Cincinnati at the new River's Edge Indoor Lacrosse facility on Route 128 in Cleves. Free play on the preview day November 4th at 7pm. Series play starts November 11th. $60 for 6 weeks (not counting Thanksgiving) starting at 7pm. Open to all college age & up players. Registration form is attached. Use it or call Celtic Lacrosse (522-7900) or River's Edge (see reg. form) to sign up. (Message from Velocity Lacrosse) There will be indoor this fall up at Wall2Wall, which is a full field indoor facility. It will be on Thursday nights beginning on 11/1 and running through 12/13. It will probably be later in the evening as its been in the past, 10:00pm-ish. Thanksgiving is off. Unfortunately, in order to cover field costs, there will be a charge for this. It will probably be around $15.00 per night (or $75.00 the entire session). Goalies are free. This is run by Velocity Lacrosse and Mark Lynch. 3rd Option. (message from LaxLand) Box indoor league at the Cincinnati Sports Mall on Tues. nights starting Nov. 6. The Cost will be $80.00 for 6 weeks of games. There will be one week off for Thanksgiving. I will not be doing a pay per play option. I need to have enough registations or the league is not going to happen. Let me know if you have any interest by filling out the attached registration form and including the check for $80.00.
